Drove Highway 20 AKA North Cascades Highway to Howard Miller Steelhead Park where we saw eagles and an eagle nest last year. This was also near where we saw an elk herd several years ago. No snow and no critters but had a great hike (OK, easy walk) into the Skagit River.
